Ne-Yo 'Disturbed' By His Disappointing Album Sales

Ne-Yo has recently expressed that he is "disturbed" by his poor album sales for his fourth studio release, Libra Scale. The crooner released Libra Scale in North America on November 22, but since the album has hit shelves, it hasn't been selling as well as Ne-Yo would have liked. However, the singer believes part of the reason why his album isn't doing too hot is because of illegal downloading.
